LCM Systems has won the Action Coach Business of the Year Award in recognition of a 33% increase in sales during 2013 and their commitment to excellence. The The Newport based load cell manufacturer has also won the largest contract in its history, supplying a tension and compression load cell to China.
LCM Systems was selected as Business of the Year from SMEs in the Hampshire and Isle of Wight region that are currently working with an Action Coach. “Steve Sargeant and his team have worked hard together to put plans in place that not only resulted in impressive business growth, but also put their customers at the heart of the processes,” said Gary Mullins, the team’s Action Coach mentor. “During the year significant steps were also achieved in putting stronger systems in place driving a more consistent and efficient business. Great strategies are also in place for 2014 which will propel them to another level. ”
