Greeff’s Biltong’s new shop had an exceptional first day. Nick and Sarah opened their new premises on Seaview’s High Street in the morning and that night Sarah was live on the One Show, talking about biltong with guest Alan Carr!
“It was a fantastic marketing opportunity and great to meet Matt Baker and Alan Carr who both love biltong too,” Sarah says. “Visit the Island’s only biltong shop to find out what Matt Baker was excited about! You can now buy your biltong freshly made and cut for you. Plans are afoot for Boerewors and Droewors in the summer.”
Nick and Sarah started the planning application process for the shop with flat in 2016. They moved in and started renovating in October 2017. A new large space on the ground floor has been created to make the biltong with a storeroom and office attached.
