Telecoms company goInternet is launching its new name, new branding and website to home and business users on the Isle of Wight and the mainland. Formerly known as Wight Wireless the business, which started in 2010, has grown organically by word of mouth to become one of the Island’s most experienced internet service providers. Delivering superfast broadband connections to hundreds of customers they use their own network of masts to deliver fixed wireless access as well as fibre-based services over Openreach lines.

“We genuinely want our customers to get the very best out of the internet and ‘goInternet’ more accurately reflects who we are and what we do,” says managing director Trevor Cook. “We know just how important access to fast and reliable broadband is and we’re passionate about making communications work efficiently wherever someone might be – even in the most rural or hard to reach areas. We may have changed our name, but our aims haven’t changed; honesty and transparency remain at the heart of everything we do, and we will continue to give a beyond super experience by offering a bespoke solution to suit a customer’s needs and location.”
