The Isle of Wight Lottery is celebrating its 20th birthday with a 10K giveaway! One lucky lottery player will be £10,000 richer on Friday March 26th when the Isle of Wight Lottery gives away its biggest prize of the year.
Since 2001 the Isle of Wight Lottery has given away thousands of prizes and millions of pounds in prize money, whilst supporting Island businesses and local jobs.
Isle of Wight Lottery players, by paying just £1 a week, have helped to fund interest free loans to more than 100 companies, providing almost £1million of vital start-up capital for Island businesses. The Lottery’s unique support has created and sustained thousands of Isle of Wight jobs at companies of all shapes and sizes. The Isle of Wight Lottery was founded by the Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce and continues to be run from their Newport office.
“Our 10k giveaway really is a moment to celebrate,” says the Chamber’s CEO Steven Holbrook. “Each year we give away more than 500 prizes but this upcoming Monster draw is huge. Somebody is going to be significantly better off by winning a life-changing amount of money. After the year we’ve all had, we’re really looking forward to making somebody happy and I can’t wait to write the cheque!
