Like many manufacturing businesses throughout the UK, Isle of Wight based industrial badge and labelling manufacturer, Diametric, has been busy diversifying their production line to assist in the demand for PPE. In collaboration with a long standing key client, they were able to support the call to manufacture polycarbonate screens to enable them to complete their newly designed protective face shields.
General Manager, Joe Newnham, explained that through recent investment on machinery, Diametric had the ability to quickly scale up to produce 1000 protective screens per day. In addition, being aware off the struggle some local care homes were facing in sourcing PPE, they wanted to offer their support. Diametric is proud to have recently donated 1000 face shields into the community.
