The 2017 Isle of Wight Chamber of Commerce Business Awards for Excellence have been presented. The prestigious annual event celebrates the best in Island business and the ceremony was held at Cowes Yacht Haven Events Centre tonight (Friday 1st December 2017), hosted by Fred Dinenage. The event’s main sponsor was the Isle of Wight County Press.
Vikoma International were named Business Of The Year as well as collecting the award for International Business Of The Year and the first ever Morris Barton Apprenticeship Business Of The Year award.
The Seaview Hotel picked up two awards, being named Tourism Business Of The Year and the Green Business of the Year. Major General Martin White CB CBE JP was named Business Person Of The Year award and Crossprint Media were presented with the Chamber’s Member Of The Year.
