This Social Media training course focuses on building better engagement and a purposeful Social Media presence. We cover current social trends, ‘golden rules’, do’s and don’ts of social media activity and profile optimisation. After a short break we look at some real world examples of good and bad activity, and engage in interactive discussions of how we can improve specific examples.
