For most businesses delegation should be an essential component of an efficiently run and dynamic organization. Yet the reality in practice is that for most businesses delegation seems to be one of the most challenging and difficult things to do.

This course will be looking at why this is the case, what is the real problem at the core of the issue and what we can do about it to solve it. The course will focus on such things as self-confidence, communication, knowing who to delegate to and how, accountability and delegation management.
