Abbie Young is launching her own business with the help of the Isle of Wight Lottery. Abbie has received a £10,000 interest free loan to help her set up Forever Young Beauty Therapy in Godshill. The loan has helped Abbie invest in the setting up her new salon and buying stock.
“I’m very excited and I’m looking forward to meeting new customers,” Abbie says. “I’ve worked in a beauty salon before and I’ve always wanted to run my own business. My aim is to grow the business, employ staff and train up new people to deliver the beauty treatments that they love.”
Forever Young Beauty Therapy is just one of many businesses that the Isle of Wight Lottery has helped to grow. Flexible, interest free loans are available to Island based businesses looking to expand, creating or sustaining jobs. The IW Lottery’s support for Island businesses is funded by hundreds of players of the Isle of Wight Lottery each paying £1 a week for the opportunity to win hundreds of prizes each year including the £10,000 Monster Draw.
