Cowes based Employment Law and HR specialist firm REAL Employment Law Advice has expanded in more ways than one this year. After opening a new office in Salisbury in April and welcoming Miranda Amos as a practicing solicitor, September saw the arrival of Abigail Stiles as Business Administration apprentice in the Cowes office.
The Isle of Wight College has worked with the firm to help find a suitable apprentice and offer a level 4 NVQ in Business Administration. Abigail has recently studied Employment Law at Masters level and so is thrilled to be invited to join the team specialising in this area.
November marks another milestone for the firm as Alison and the team are celebrating four years in business.
