Are you a manager finding it tricky when faced with challenging conversations with your team members? Would you like to learn how to tackle these conversations with confidence and get your point across whilst maintaining the relationship?
This course offers a safe and supportive environment for participants to practice courageous conversations. By the end of the training, managers will gain practical insights and strategies to effectively manage challenging discussions while maintaining trust and fostering understanding.

Objectives:
– Develop confidence in handling challenging conversations.
– Maintain positive relationships while addressing difficult topics.
– Improve team performance and well-being through effective communication.
– Enhance trust and understanding within the team.

Course Outline:
1. Building trust, connection & safety
2. Setting and reviewing SMART goals
3. Offering feedback for praise or redirection
4. Addressing performance issues early
5. Tackling other tricky conversations
The course will utilize a variety of interactive methods, including group discussions, case studies and practicing scenarios to ensure active participation and skill development.
Participants are encouraged to bring examples of real-life conversations they have been avoiding but need to address.
